We had a great day attending the Developing the Young Workforce – Shetland Local Opportunities and Apprenticeship event yesterday!
It was great to meet so many individuals interested in the Modern Apprenticeship route. Our plant operator simulator also attracted a lot of attention, giving young people a taste of what it is like to operate plant and machinery for a living. Deklyn Feather was on hand to assist with the operation of various items of plant on the simulator. It was popular both with the pupils and the adults!!
